- Video-Only, No Power Delivery: This DisplayPort Alt Mode video cable carries video only—no USB data and no USB-C Power Delivery. DisplayPort sources cannot power USB-C portable monitors, AR glasses, or VR headsets. Works with USB-C displays that accept DP Alt Mode and have their own power input (second USB-C power port or external power). Not recommended for single-port “one-cable” portable monitors that rely on source power.
- Durable for Daily Use: Braided jacket and aluminum connector housings help resist abrasion and improve heat dissipation. The DisplayPort connector features a locking latch - press the release button before unplugging to protect your port and ensure a secure fit.
